Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to permanently suspend all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances held therein in such circumstances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all subsequent times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested by the Company. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify the Company immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
The Company is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawal requests or at any other time deemed appropriate. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe may be restricted or suspended.

Perdana88 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, bonus abuse, and other forms of fraudulent conduct. Accounts found to be engaged in any of the above prohibited activities will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities where required.
Perdana88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT). All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. The minimum deposit is RM30 for most methods, with DuitNow accepting a minimum of RM1. The Company reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified or third-party payment sources. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the method used.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers, subject to banking institution processing times.
The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. Processing timelines may be extended during such reviews. Any funds that are identified as proceeds of fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.
The Platform operates natively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). No currency conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by Perdana88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that particular promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount received. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all selections — including event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager. The Company will not void or reverse a bet due to Player error after confirmation.
Odds for sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other covered events, are set by the Company and are subject to change until bet is confirmed. The Company reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; in such cases, bets placed at eroneous odds may be settled at the correct price or voided.
All random number generator (RNG) casino games available on the Platform, including slots and virtual table games, use independently certified RNG software. Published RTP percentages reflect long-term theoretical return rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers via real-time video stream. Results in live dealer games are determined by physical game mechanics (cards dealt, roulette wheel outcome, dice result). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the result will be determined based on available data at the point of disconnection. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Company's express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perdana88, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your last verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any outstanding review obligations.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion period through our support team or via the responsible gambling tools available within their Account. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
